Liquid cooling has emerged as the viable path to stabilize hardware operating temperatures. Within a typical liquid cooling architecture, the Coolant Distribution Unit acts as the vital bridge between primary cold sources and rack-side cold plates, managing secondary-side fluid circulation, heat exchange and real-time monitoring. Poorly engineered CDUs easily trigger temperature fluctuation, coolant contamination and unplanned downtime.
Immersion-energy CDU integrates variable-frequency pumps, plate heat exchangers, sensors, filters and liquid replenishment modules as a unified secondary-side system. All assemblies are prefabricated, piped and fully tested at the factory. Comprehensive Product Capabilities
Immersion-energy CDU supports cooling capacities ranging from 20kW to 1500kW, covering edge computing rooms, medium computer hubs and large-scale AI data centers. Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen and multi-level access authority control, it prevents improper operation and ensures accurate system regulation. Its modular framework allows flexible capacity expansion to match gradually growing computing loads.
Optional redundant variable-frequency pumps and dual power supply improve system uptime. Pipeline components adopt grade 304 stainless steel and above for outstanding corrosion resistance and extended service life. The unit executes precise closed-loop control over secondary-side temperature, flow and differential pressure, together with anti-condensation protection. Optional sensors track coolant conductivity, turbidity, hardness and pH value to sustain consistent fluid quality throughout operation.
Designed with ultra-quiet long-life motors, the CDU offers filtration precision adjustable from 25μm to 100μm. It adopts standard Modbus TCP protocol, equipped with complete fault alarm protection and permanent parameter storage. Custom communication protocols can be developed to meet diverse BMS integration requirements.
