IMMERSION ENERGY Dry Cooler: Adiabatic Cooling Solution for France AI Data Center

Aug 10, 2026

Project Overview

Large scale AI data centers generate massive concentrated heat, demanding stable high performance cooling that complies with GB300 standards to keep servers running reliably. Ordinary dry coolers face obvious capacity drop under high ambient temperature and cannot satisfy the thermal load of heavy duty AI computing. To address cooling requirements for a 35MW AI data center in France, IMMERSION ENERGY supplied customized adiabatic dry coolers.

Each unit delivers 1700 kW cooling capacity with 30% Et Glycol as cooling medium and matches local 400V/3P/50Hz power supply. Fitted with adiabatic spray system, the unit switches between dry cooling and spray pre cooling modes. It provides consistent year round heat rejection and guarantees safe continuous operation for the AI data center.

Project Features

High density AI computing produces sustained heavy heat load. Conventional cooling equipment suffers performance decline in hot weather, risking temperature fluctuation and violating GB300 operating requirements. Long time running also places strict demands on cooling reliability and energy efficiency.

IMMERSION ENERGY custom adiabatic dry coolers fit the high load conditions of French AI data center. The built in spray system pre cools incoming air under high temperature to lift overall cooling capacity. In mild seasons, pure dry cooling mode cuts water and energy consumption.

Circulating 30% ethylene glycol offers reliable anti freezing performance for variable local climate. The unit works directly with European power grid without extra conversion. The system stabilizes cooling loop temperature, reduces overheating caused downtime and lowers long term O&M costs for the 35MW facility.

Project Significance

This French AI data center project proves IMMERSION ENERGY’s competence to deliver high power adiabatic dry coolers for overseas large scale computing projects and validates product performance under European climate. With solid cooling R&D and manufacturing capability, IMMERSION ENERGY will keep improving adiabatic cooling reliability, supplying efficient thermal management solutions for global AI and high tech data centers.
