High density data centers in tropical Indonesia require robust liquid cooling infrastructure to sustain continuous full load operation amid hot and humid weather. Conventional cooling equipment struggles to maintain stable coolant distribution and consistent heat transfer, creating thermal risks for server racks. To meet strict thermal management requirements for an Indonesian data center project, IMMERSION ENERGY supplied an integrated liquid cooling package including a custom dry cooler, 100kW liquid to liquid rack type CDU and 10 port manifold.
This system features a 100kW liquid to liquid rack mounted CDU matched with a 10 port manifold, paired with the supporting dry cooler for effective heat rejection. Fully adapted to local power specs and tropical climate, it delivers precise coolant distribution and reliable heat exchange to ensure year round safe, uninterrupted operation of high density server racks.

Indonesia’s tropical environment brings persistent high temperature and humidity, imposing heavy heat loads on data center facilities. Standard cooling systems often suffer unstable coolant flow and insufficient heat dissipation, endangering server safety.
IMMERSION ENERGY’s combined cooling package is optimized for tropical data center liquid cooling. The 100kW rack type liquid to liquid CDU and 10 port manifold enable balanced, flexible coolant supply for multiple server racks. Working alongside the industrial dry cooler, the system efficiently transfers heat from IT loops to ambient air.
Designed for Indonesia’s local grid and harsh tropical conditions, the system maintains stable 100kW rated heat transfer capacity with accurate temperature and flow control. The rack mounted CDU and modular manifold reduce footprint and on site installation complexity, cutting long term O&M costs for the data center.
This successful Indonesia project proves IMMERSION ENERGY’s capability to deliver integrated liquid cooling solutions combining dry coolers, CDU and manifolds for tropical overseas data centers. It validates the reliability of our full liquid cooling system under Indonesia’s high temperature, high humidity operating conditions. With mature thermal R&D and manufacturing expertise, IMMERSION ENERGY will continue to boost cooling efficiency and system stability, delivering customized, cost effective liquid cooling systems for global data center and high density computing projects.
