High density immersion cooling systems require stable heat dissipation to support long term full load computing operation. Conventional dry coolers cannot sustain consistent heat exchange with dielectric cooling fluid under continuous operating conditions. To meet strict thermal management requirements for a local immersion cooling project in China, IMMERSION ENERGY delivered a customized industrial dry cooler.

This unit offers 492kW cooling capacity and uses BC888 dielectric fluid as the cooling medium. Fully compliant with China’s 380V/3Ph/50Hz power standard, it provides steady continuous heat rejection and ensures safe, year round operation of immersion cooling infrastructure.

Compatible with local 380V/3Ph/50Hz power grid, the unit runs stably without additional power conversion devices. Optimized internal flow and heat exchange structure maintains continuous 492kW rated cooling output, effectively avoiding overheating risks and lowering long term operational and maintenance costs.
