Project Overview
Data centers require energy efficient, reliable heat dissipation equipment to sustain continuous full load cooling operation. Standard dry coolers struggle to maintain consistent heat exchange with water circulation under fluctuating cooling loads, risking thermal instability for critical IT systems. To meet the rigorous cooling demands of a data center project in the Czech Republic, IMMERSION ENERGY delivered customized industrial dry coolers.
These dry coolers feature 285.7kW cooling capacity and adopt water as the cooling medium. Built with copper tubes and epoxy resin anti corrosion aluminum fins, they deliver stable, continuous heat rejection, ensuring reliable operation of the data center cooling system throughout the year.

Project Features
Data centers operate 24/7 with stable high heat loads, demanding cooling stability, energy efficiency and long term reliability. Ordinary dry coolers with conventional materials suffer fin corrosion, heat transfer attenuation and higher energy consumption.
IMMERSION ENERGY’s tailor made dry coolers are fully optimized for data center working conditions. Designed for matched water circulation, they achieve efficient, stable, low loss heat exchange. Epoxy resin anti corrosion aluminum fins resist humidity and corrosion, ensuring long service life and consistent efficiency — delivering sustainable, energy saving operation aligned with European market requirements.
The unit is highly compatible with local 400V/3Ph/50Hz power grids, running stably without extra power conversion devices. It maintains continuous 285.7kW rated cooling output, preventing equipment overheating, reducing energy costs and lowering long term operation and maintenance expenses.
