Project Overview
Pharmaceutical factories require precise, stable indoor temperature and clean air to ensure standardized production. Affected by Nigeria’s high-temperature tropical climate, ordinary air conditioners struggle with unstable cooling and heating performance during long-term operation. To meet strict HVAC requirements for a local pharmaceutical plant, IMMERSION ENERGY provided a customized heat pump-type package AC unit.
This tailored package unit delivers 36.2kW cooling capacity and 38kW heating capacity, adopting R407C refrigerant and high-efficiency Sanyo scroll compressor with a COP of 2.7–3.3. Built with galvanized steel and polyester powder coating, the unit features strong atmospheric corrosion resistance, low-noise operation and stable airflow output, creating a consistent and reliable production environment for pharmaceutical workshops.

Equipped with a hermetic scroll compressor with thermal overload protection and crankcase heater, the unit runs steadily under high-load conditions. Vibration dampers and multi-layer acoustic insulation effectively reduce operating noise, while high-static centrifugal fans support long-distance and stable air supply.
The complete electric protection system and intelligent line controller support cooling, heating and automatic modes, with fault prompt and timing functions for easy daily operation. Supporting abundant optional configurations including free cooling, low-ambient control, BMS connection, T3 tropical adaptation and multi-stage filtration, the unit can be flexibly customized to fit different workshop standards, ensuring continuous, clean and energy-efficient climate control.
