Feature

Double-Skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) is a modular air handling unit designed for air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, heating and air filtration applications. It adopts a double-skin sandwich panel structure, with an insulated core between the inner and outer metal skins. The reinforced casing provides improved thermal insulation, air tightness and acoustic performance, making it suitable for commercial, industrial and critical HVAC applications.

1.Double-Skin Panel: Inner and outer metal skins with an insulated core for enhanced thermal and acoustic performance.

2.Outer Skin: Galvanized or pre-coated steel for improved resistance to environmental conditions.

3.Inner Skin: Galvanized steel or stainless steel according to application and hygiene requirements.

4.Insulation Material: Polyurethane Foam (PUF) or rock wool.

5.Insulation Thickness: 25–50 mm.

6.Frame: Extruded aluminum or stainless steel profiles for structural strength and durability.

7.Airflow Configuration: Flexible supply, return and fresh air arrangements according to system requirements.

8.Functional Sections: Cooling coil, heating coil, filter, fan, damper and mixing sections can be configured according to project requirements.

9.Application: Commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centers, healthcare facilities and other HVAC systems.
