Immersion Cooling Plant Type 1.0 MW
Introduction
This immersion cooling system is built into a standard 40-foot high container and consists of the following three main areas:
Immersion Oil Cooling Tank Area
· Houses the immersion tanks for high-efficiency liquid cooling.
· Designed to support high-density computing equipment.
Equipment Area
· Integrates key subsystems including the Power Distribution Unit (PDU), Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) piping, monitoring, lighting, and ventilation.
· Enables centralized management and streamlined operations.
Dry & Wet Combined Closed Cooler Area
· Connects externally to provide efficient heat exchange.
· Supports hybrid cooling for improved performance in various climates.
Factory Prefabricated & Tested
· All components are pre-installed, wired, and tested before delivery.
· Ensures high reliability and fast on-site deployment.
