Project Overview
AI computing equipment generates continuous concentrated heat, requiring precise and stable cooling systems to maintain operational efficiency. Traditional cooling equipment suffers unstable heat dissipation and poor structural sealing, failing to meet high-standard cooling demands of AI scenarios. To solve the precision heat dissipation needs of a domestic AI facility in China, IMMERSION ENERGY launched a customized dry cooler.
This dry cooler delivers 7kW cooling capacity with water as the cooling medium. Adopting copper inlet and outlet pipes and DN25 SS304 chuck connectors, the unit fits local 220V/1Ph/50Hz power standard. It provides stable closed-loop heat dissipation, effectively eliminating equipment heat accumulation and ensuring long-term stable operation of AI computing hardware.
