IMMERSION ENERGY Dry Cooler: Reliable Cooling Solution for Russia Power Plant

Aug 25, 2026

Project Overview

Power plant facilities require durable and stable heat dissipation equipment to support long term full load industrial operation in harsh cold climates. Standard dry coolers struggle with corrosion damage and freezing risks, failing to sustain consistent cooling efficiency in low temperature industrial environments. To meet the rigorous thermal management demands of a local power plant project in Russia, IMMERSION ENERGY delivered a customized industrial dry cooler.

This dry cooler features 140kW cooling capacity and uses 56% ethylene glycol as cooling medium. Constructed with TP2 copper pipes, high anti corrosion aluminum fins and threaded connections, the unit complies with local 380V/3Ph/50Hz power standards. It provides stable continuous heat rejection to ensure year round reliable operation of power plant core equipment.

Project Features

Power plants run 24/7 with steady industrial heat loads, requiring cooling equipment with strong anti corrosion performance and excellent low temperature tolerance. Ordinary dry coolers are vulnerable to pipeline freezing and corrosion, leading to unstable heat transfer and frequent operational failures.

IMMERSION ENERGY’s tailor made dry cooler is fully optimized for Russia’s cold industrial working conditions. The 56% ethylene glycol medium delivers superior anti freezing protection, ensuring stable fluid circulation in frigid weather. High quality TP2 copper pipes and anti corrosion aluminum fins maintain efficient heat exchange while resisting industrial corrosion and aging.

Adopting reliable threaded connections, the unit ensures tight installation and convenient daily maintenance. Fully compatible with the local 380V/3Ph/50Hz power grid, it operates stably without extra conversion devices. Sustaining continuous 140kW rated cooling output, the unit effectively prevents equipment overheating and reduces long term operational and maintenance costs.

Project Significance

This successful Russia power plant deployment verifies IMMERSION ENERGY’s ability to customize anti corrosion, low temperature resistant dry coolers for heavy industrial scenarios. It demonstrates the excellent structural durability and environmental adaptability of our cooling systems under harsh Russian climatic conditions. Leveraging mature thermal solution R&D and manufacturing experience, IMMERSION ENERGY will continue optimizing product stability and anti corrosion performance, providing cost effective and reliable dry cooling solutions for global power and industrial projects.
