High load data center operation requires stable and efficient heat dissipation to maintain consistent server performance and avoid operational anomalies. Standard dry coolers often fail to deliver sufficient cooling capacity and flexible adjustment under high temperature regional environments. To meet the strict thermal management demands of a local data center in Mexico, IMMERSION ENERGY delivered a customized industrial dry cooler.
This dry cooler achieves 194kW cooling capacity and uses water as the cooling medium. Configured with EC fans, EC electric control box and high pressure spray unit, the equipment fully complies with local 400V/3Ph/50Hz power standards. It provides continuous and reliable heat rejection, safeguarding stable 24/7 operation of data center core devices.

Data centers run continuously with persistent heat loads, requiring cooling equipment with high efficiency, intelligent control and strong environmental adaptability. Conventional dry coolers lack auxiliary cooling structures and precise electrical control, leading to reduced heat exchange efficiency under extreme heat and unstable system operation.
IMMERSION ENERGY’s tailor made dry cooler is optimized for long term data center cooling scenarios. The water circulation system maintains stable 194kW full load cooling output to efficiently eliminate equipment waste heat. Equipped with energy saving EC fans and dedicated EC control box, the unit supports precise speed adjustment and automatic operation, improving overall energy utilization.
The matched high pressure spray unit greatly enhances heat dissipation efficiency during high temperature weather, adapting perfectly to Mexico’s hot climate. Fully compatible with local power specifications, the unit operates steadily without extra conversion devices. It effectively prevents server overheating, reduces equipment failure risks and cuts long term O&M costs for the data center.
