As Thailand continues to strengthen its digital infrastructure and expand data center capacity, efficient thermal management has become increasingly important for high-density computing environments. This project involves the deployment of CDUs for a data center in Thailand. The solution is designed to support liquid cooling applications by providing an efficient interface between the facility cooling system and the IT-side liquid cooling loop.
Country: Thailand
Application: Data Center
Product: CDU
Cooling System: Liquid Cooling System

The product is designed specifically for applications requiring reliable and efficient liquid heat exchange. Compared with traditional air-based cooling approaches, liquid cooling can provide a more direct method of removing heat from high-density IT equipment, making it increasingly suitable for AI computing, HPC and other heat-intensive data center applications.
The CDU separates the facility-side and IT-side cooling circuits while transferring heat through an integrated heat exchanger. This configuration helps control the temperature and flow conditions of the secondary loop and provides an additional layer of protection for critical IT equipment.
The cabinet-type design also enables the CDU to be integrated into the data center’s existing infrastructure with an organized equipment layout, supporting centralized monitoring, operation and maintenance. This provides greater flexibility for data centers transitioning toward higher-density computing environments and liquid cooling architectures.
The deployment of IMMERSION ENERGY’s CDU provides the Thai data center with a dedicated thermal management interface for liquid cooling applications. By enabling efficient heat transfer between separate cooling loops, the solution contributes to stable IT operating conditions, improved cooling scalability and greater adaptability to future increases in computing density.
