Large scale industrial facilities in hot arid regions require robust and high power heat dissipation equipment to sustain long term full load operation. Standard cooling equipment suffers from performance attenuation and rapid aging under persistent high temperature and dry climate. To meet the rigorous industrial cooling demands of an Oman local project, IMMERSION ENERGY delivered customized heavy duty fin fan coolers.

This fin fan cooler unit features 1.4MW cooling capacity per unit, adopting premium copper tubes and aluminum fins as core heat exchange materials. Designed for extreme high temperature ambient conditions, it delivers stable and continuous heat rejection, ensuring safe and efficient operation of core industrial systems all year round.

Project Features

Oman’s industrial areas feature year round high temperature, intense solar radiation and dry air, placing extremely high requirements on cooling equipment’s heat exchange efficiency and material durability. Ordinary fin fan coolers are prone to heat transfer decline, fin deformation and corrosion fatigue under prolonged harsh working conditions, leading to unstable industrial operation.

IMMERSION ENERGY’s tailor made fin fan cooler is fully optimized for Middle Eastern extreme industrial environments. The high performance copper tube and aluminum fin combination delivers superior thermal conductivity and stable heat exchange efficiency, maintaining continuous 1.4MW rated cooling output under peak high temperature conditions.

The premium material structure provides excellent oxidation resistance and structural stability, effectively resisting dry heat aging and extending equipment service life.
