High density server cold plate cooling requires stable, expandable liquid cooling systems to support long term full load operation. Standard cooling solutions lack customized pipeline layout and redundant backup design, failing to meet personalized server cooling demands. To satisfy the rigorous thermal management requirements for a Chinese server manufacturer, IMMERSION ENERGY delivered a tailored integrated liquid cooling system.
This solution consists of a 350kW liquid to liquid cabinet type CDU and 2200mm server cabinets. The custom manifold reserves 30 cooling branches and includes 10 sets of 2N fast plug backup branches, delivering steady heat dissipation and ensuring safe, year round operation of server liquid cooling systems.

24/7 high density server operation demands high cooling efficiency, system redundancy and flexible expandability. Conventional cooling systems cannot support customized piping layouts and backup switching, resulting in limited scalability and hidden operational risks.

The 350kW CDU delivers continuous and efficient liquid to liquid heat exchange, matching high server heat loads. With optimized internal flow structure, the system maintains stable rated cooling output. It effectively prevents server overheating, improves operational safety, and reduces long term operational and maintenance costs.
