Air Cooler Successfully Applied to Thailand Generating Station Project

Apr 10, 2026

Recently, our company has completed the manufacturing and delivery of a set of dry cooling system, which has been officially put into use for the Thailand power generating project. With stable and reliable performance, the equipment safeguards the efficient operation of the generating station.

Project Overview

Thailand has a tropical climate with high temperatures year-round. Air coolers for generating stations must operate continuously under prolonged high-temperature conditions, imposing strict requirements on high-temperature resistance and operational stability.

The operating parameters of the equipment supplied to the Thailand generating station are as follows:

• Cooling Medium: Fuel gas and lube oil

• Material: Stainless steel

• Design Standard: GB

• Design Pressure: 2.5 MPa

• Design Temperature: 200℃

Product Features

Specially developed for 200℃ high-temperature working conditions, the product is made of 316L stainless steel, delivering excellent high-temperature resistance. Compared with ordinary materials, it offers a longer service life and adapts to long-term continuous operation. The optimized internal flow passage structure greatly improves cooling efficiency, ensuring rapid and stable cooling for the unit even in hot environments. The equipment maintains stable operation and effectively enhances the overall operating efficiency of the power station.

Project Significance

The successful implementation of the Thailand generating station project fully validates Immersion-Energy’s technical strength and product reliability in the field of customized cooling equipment for high-temperature conditions.

In the future, we will continue to optimize high-temperature cooling technology, upgrade product performance, and develop more industrial air coolers suitable for extreme environments, supporting safe, efficient and stable operation of generating station projects worldwide.
