The 120 kW Air Handling Unit combines cooling, air circulation, filtration, and control functions within an integrated system. With a supply air volume of 6,000 m³/h, the AHU is capable of delivering a consistent volume of conditioned air to the factory environment, helping maintain suitable indoor thermal conditions during continuous industrial operation.
The G4 + H8 filtration configuration provides multi-stage air filtration for the incoming air, helping reduce airborne particles and supporting a cleaner indoor environment. The system is equipped with a Siemens control system, enabling accurate monitoring and operational management of the AHU.
A Copeland compressor is incorporated into the refrigeration system to support stable cooling operation. Meanwhile, the 380 V, 50 Hz three-phase power supply is compatible with the electrical requirements of industrial facilities in Morocco, facilitating equipment integration and commissioning.
Industrial facilities often require HVAC systems that can maintain reliable cooling and airflow under demanding operating conditions. This Moroccan factory project demonstrates the practical application of IMMERSION ENERGY’s AHU technology in industrial environments, where cooling capacity, air volume, filtration, and system control need to work together as part of a complete air treatment process.
With a 120 kW cooling capacity, 6,000 m³/h air volume, multi-stage filtration, and reliable control and refrigeration components, the system provides a balanced approach to factory climate management. The project further reflects IMMERSION ENERGY’s ability to configure air handling equipment according to specific application requirements and regional operating conditions.
