Introduction
High density data centers, supercomputing and energy storage systems generate massive heat loads that traditional air cooling cannot handle efficiently. As the core cabinet mounted device of liquid cooling systems, the IMMERSION ENERGY liquid to liquid CDU realizes efficient heat exchange through closed loop coolant circulation. It absorbs waste heat from IT equipment and transfers it to external chilled water or natural cold sources, keeping all precision devices within a safe and stable temperature range.

This high‑performance CDU meets modern liquid‑cooling requirements via precise intelligent control and superior energy efficiency. Fitted with a 10‑inch multi‑permission touch screen, it enables real‑time monitoring for temperature, pressure, flow and water quality, plus anti‑condensation protection with ±0.5℃ temperature accuracy. High‑efficiency plate heat exchangers and N+1 redundant variable‑frequency pumps support high‑delta‑T operation; the fan‑free structure lowers power draw and boosts cooling performance.
Boarding broad compatibility, the CDU works with deionized water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol coolants, and fits copper as well as 3‑/6‑series aluminum cold plates. Built on 304 stainless‑steel piping, it offers RS485 communication, full alarm‑protection and power‑off data backup. Custom protocols, 25‑100μm filtration, serviceable on‑line parts and optional dual power supply further strengthen system reliability.
