IMMERSION ENERGY provided Dry Coolers designed for water-based heat rejection. The system is configured to transfer heat from the data center cooling circuit to the outdoor environment through an air-cooled heat exchange process, providing a reliable heat rejection solution without direct water consumption during normal dry cooling operation.

Project Features

1. 568 kW Cooling Capacity

The Dry Coolers are designed to handle a substantial thermal load for data center cooling applications. The configuration provides a dedicated heat rejection interface for maintaining stable cooling water temperatures under continuous operating conditions.

2. Water-Based Cooling Medium

The system uses water as the cooling medium, making it suitable for integration with water-based data center cooling circuits. By separating heat generation from outdoor heat rejection, the Dry Coolers can work as part of a broader cooling architecture together with chillers, CDU systems, or other thermal management equipment.

3. Copper Tube with Anti-Corrosion Protection

The heat exchanger incorporates copper tubes with epoxy resin anti-corrosion protection. This material configuration is designed to enhance resistance to environmental exposure and support long-term heat exchange performance, which is particularly important for outdoor equipment operating continuously.

4. Aluminum Fin Heat Exchange Design

The use of aluminum fins provides an effective heat transfer surface for exchanging heat between the circulating water and outdoor air. The finned heat exchanger configuration enables the produccts to reject heat efficiently while maintaining a compact and practical outdoor system arrangement.

5. Stainless Steel Structural Frame

The Dry Coolers are equipped with a stainless steel frame, providing structural durability and resistance to environmental conditions. This makes the units suitable for long-term outdoor installation where mechanical strength and corrosion resistance are important considerations.
