IMMERSION ENERGY Dry Cooler: Durable Cooling Solution for Belgium Data Center Project

Aug 27, 2026

Project Overview

Modern data center operations require continuous and stable heat dissipation systems to sustain 24/7 full load computing performance. Standard dry coolers often suffer from heat exchange degradation and structural corrosion under fluctuating European temperate climates. To meet the reliable thermal management requirements of a local data center project in Belgium, IMMERSION ENERGY delivered a customized industrial dry cooler.

This dry cooler features 568kW cooling capacity and adopts water as the cooling medium. Fully compliant with local 400V/3Ph/50Hz power standards, it adopts premium copper tubes and epoxy anti corrosion aluminum fins, paired with 304 stainless steel sheet metal and fasteners. The unit delivers stable year round heat rejection, ensuring safe and continuous operation of data center core equipment.

Project Features

Data centers maintain long term high heat load operation, placing strict demands on cooling equipment’s heat transfer efficiency and structural durability. Ordinary dry coolers are prone to fin oxidation, metal corrosion and performance attenuation under long cycle operation, affecting overall data center cooling stability.

IMMERSION ENERGY’s tailor made dry cooler is fully optimized for European data center operating environments. The high thermal conductivity copper tubes and epoxy anti corrosion aluminum fins ensure efficient and stable heat exchange while resisting moisture erosion and surface aging. Equipped with full 304 stainless steel sheet metal and fasteners, the entire unit achieves superior structural stability and corrosion resistance.

Perfectly compatible with Belgium’s local 400V three phase 50Hz power grid, the unit runs steadily without extra power conversion devices. It maintains consistent 568kW rated cooling output under variable ambient conditions, effectively preventing IT equipment overheating and lowering long term operational and maintenance costs.

Project Significance

This successful deployment in Belgium validates IMMERSION ENERGY’s capability to supply high power, anti corrosion dry coolers for European data center scenarios. It proves the outstanding material durability and stable cooling performance of our dry cooling systems under European climate and power grid conditions. Leveraging mature thermal solution R&D and manufacturing experience, IMMERSION ENERGY will continue optimizing heat exchange efficiency and structural reliability, providing cost effective and long lasting dry cooling solutions for global data center and high density computing projects.
