IMMERSION ENERGY Dry Cooler: High-Efficiency Heat Rejection for Texas Immersion Cooling System

Aug 13, 2026

Project Overview

Immersion cooling for high density computing requires robust dry coolers to stabilize dielectric fluid loop temperature amid Texas’s hot climate. Standard dry coolers cannot address pipeline air blockage or meet US electrical certification requirements for long cycle immersion cooling operation. IMMERSION ENERGY provided a custom dry cooler to solve thermal management challenges for a Texas based immersion cooling project.

Delivering 754kW cooling capacity, the unit uses BC888 dielectric coolant and fits local 415V/3Ph/60Hz power supply. It is fitted with anti-pour automatic vent valves and eight UL certified Ø910 AC fans from ZIEHL-ABEGG or EBM, ensuring reliable heat removal and full system protection for the immersion cooling loop.

Project Features

High ambient temperature in Texas and air buildup in closed fluid loops easily trigger pump faults, inefficient heat transfer and system instability. Uncertified fans also fail to satisfy North American safety regulations for industrial continuous operation.

IMMERSION ENERGY’s customized dry cooler perfectly adapts to immersion cooling working scenarios. The anti pour automatic vent valve expels trapped air automatically, eliminates liquid backflow and guards the circulation pipeline. Top tier UL approved ZIEHL-ABEGG/EBM fans deliver strong airflow to maintain full 754kW cooling output under high outdoor temperatures.

Fully compatible with Texas power specifications, the unit operates smoothly without conversion modules. The sealed BC888 closed loop minimizes fluid loss, stabilizes immersion tank temperature, lowers hardware overheating risks and reduces the client’s long term operational expenses.

Project Significance

This Texas immersion cooling project validates IMMERSION ENERGY’s expertise in designing certified high power dry coolers for North American liquid cooling applications, demonstrating outstanding thermal stability and safety configuration under US climatic and electrical norms. Leveraging mature thermal system design strengths, IMMERSION ENERGY will continuously optimize loop protection and fan performance, offering standardized, high reliability dry cooling solutions for global immersion computing and data center cooling clients.
