IMMERSION ENERGY dry coolers have been supplied for a data center project in Kazakhstan, where dependable heat rejection is required to support continuous cooling system operation. Kazakhstan's pronounced seasonal temperature variations, particularly its cold winters and relatively dry climate, create favorable conditions for air-based heat rejection technologies.
By transferring heat from the circulating water to outdoor air, dry coolers offer a water-saving approach to heat dissipation and can take advantage of lower ambient temperatures during colder periods. This makes them well suited to data center cooling systems that require stable thermal management throughout the year.
· Country: Kazakhstan
· Application: Data Center
· Product: Dry Coolers
· Cooling Capacity: 285.7 kW
· Medium: Water
· Power Supply: 400V/3Ph/50Hz
· Material: Copper Tube & Epoxy Resin Anti-Corrosion Aluminum Fins

With a cooling capacity of 285.7 kW, the dry coolers are configured to remove heat from a water-based cooling circuit and maintain reliable heat dissipation for the data center infrastructure.
The heat exchanger uses copper tubes and epoxy resin anti-corrosion aluminum fins. The copper tubes provide efficient thermal conductivity, while the protective epoxy resin coating helps enhance the corrosion resistance of the aluminum fins for long-term outdoor service.
The system operates with water as the circulating medium and relies on ambient air as the heat rejection medium. During periods of low outdoor temperature, the available ambient conditions can be utilized for efficient heat dissipation, providing an opportunity to reduce the cooling load of mechanical refrigeration systems.
This project in Kazakhstan demonstrates the application of dry coolers in data center cooling systems, particularly in regions where seasonal outdoor temperatures can be utilized as part of the overall heat rejection strategy.
With project-specific cooling capacity, material selection, and electrical configuration, IMMERSION ENERGY provides dry coolers tailored to different data center and industrial cooling requirements, supporting reliable heat rejection across diverse operating environments.
